Senior Program Associate

Nicole Gamache-Kocol has focused her career on providing technical assistance, program evaluation, and organizational development support to community-based organizations and government agencies serving vulnerable populations in the greater Bay Area. Nicole is driven by a strong commitment to supporting change, and comes to this work with a strong dedication to a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. She believes that access to care can be improved with targeted needs assessment, innovative program development, guided implementation, and data-driven evaluation. Her approach to systems change is collaborative and research-based, with the understanding that flexibility and adaptability are critical to the success of innovations in health and human service systems. Nicole’s experience includes having managed the research and training division of the Felton Institute, focusing on the implementation of evidence-based practices in community-based organizations and county behavioral health departments across the state.
