Dr. Lauren Broder is a seasoned researcher with expertise in program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, presentation of data findings and evaluation strategies, education and youth development research, and grant writing. At RDA, she contributes this expertise to a variety of projects across the human services spectrum.
Prior to joining RDA, Lauren served as the Director of Research and Evaluation at 826 National, a writing and education nonprofit aimed at amplifying youth voice in under-resourced communities. In this role, she led evaluations of five core youth programs staffed by a network of over 100 staff members and 20 board members in eight locations across the country. Throughout these evaluation efforts, Lauren successfully strengthened and advanced the metrics and tools in use while also helping to communicate data and results to nontechnical audiences.
