RDA specializes in providing “mixed methods” evaluation services utilizing a range of qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. We combine descriptive and inferential statistical analyses of qualitative data collection and analysis to synthesize results that might not have been realized from either method alone. We communicate results in comprehensible reports that are prepared with the target audience in mind. RDA aims to ensure that our evaluations are culturally competent, accountable to stakeholders, and timed to coincide with and inform decision-making.
