“For those of us committed to working for social and economic justice, we must see ourselves as a community of continuous learners.”

Since our inception in 1984, RDA has been involved in some of the largest and most innovative human service initiatives in the nation. These efforts have been aimed at improving services and outcomes for mental health agencies, school districts, youth services, and community-based organizations, at revitalizing public housing, and at increasing economic opportunities.
RDA began by using large scale federal initiative grant-writing to create comprehensive systems and continuums of service. We have since evolved into a full-service consultancy that works to strengthen and transform publicly funded systems. From our grant-writing roots, we learned that needs assessment, planning, and evaluation are integral components to maximizing and sustaining progress. Over the past 28 years, we have learned to partner with our clients and their stakeholders in employing an integrated approach that incorporates principles of planning, evaluation, resource and organizational development throughout every project.
We have grown to a team of over 20 professional staff and a corps of 25 consultants with diverse expertise and experience, all of whom share our commitment to social and economic justice.
