Operations Assistant

Mia’s interest in social justice and equity has guided her education and professional career. She relies on her expertise in administration and hospitality to help maintain and improve RDA’s internal systems.

Mia completed her B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning at San Francisco State University. While working on her degree, Mia served as a Research Assistant and Policy Intern at the Partnership for Children and Youth here in Oakland. She also volunteered with the Mission Economic Development Agency, where she worked on a team to conduct a survey and analyzed data using Excel.
