Jasmine Laroche, M.P.P.

Research Associate

Jasmine comes to RDA with a diverse skill set in research and evaluation skill coupled with a growing knowledge of rehabilitative services for youth and young adults involved in the criminal justice system. She believes in the value of working to understand individual-level experiences in order to properly design programming and create policies. At RDA, Ms. Laroche supports evaluation, strategic planning, and technical assistance projects.

Prior to joining RDA, she worked as a consultant conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses for a juvenile probation department and a nonprofit organization. This work sought to understand the factors that contribute to recidivism, as well as how entities can better provide better rehabilitative support services that are socially and culturally relevant. During her time with The Reset Foundation, she analyzed how social emotional learning can integrate into existing intervention services that rehabilitate young men of color who had contact with the criminal justice system.
